BFA Privacy Policy
The short version: I collect your email so I can send you Build for Agency (BFA). Nothing else, and nothing sold.
What I collect
Your email address, and only that. Not your name, not anything you did not type into the box.
Why
To email you a new edition when one is ready. That is the only reason I ask for it.
Who handles it
The newsletter runs on beehiiv. When you subscribe here, the form passes your address to beehiiv, which stores it and sends the emails. Their terms and privacy govern that handling: beehiiv Terms of Use and beehiiv Privacy Policy. By subscribing you consent to receive these emails and to beehiiv handling your address under those terms.
Leaving
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Use it anytime and you are out. To be removed completely, email hello@buildforagency.com and I will delete you.
What I never do
Your address is never sold, rented, or handed to anyone beyond beehiiv, which needs it to send the email. There is no tracking pixel farm here and no third party buying your attention.
Typefaces
The site loads its two typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which see your IP address in the same way any web server does. No cookies are set by this. If you would rather not make that request, most browsers let you block third-party fonts and the site still reads.
